1. A complete “Construction Clean” is done to the home by a professional cleaning crew after all refurbishing work is done.
2. Disinfectant is used as appropriate to insure the home is as clean as we can make it.
3. Furnace compartments and some components of the furnace and AC coil are also cleaned to maximize efficiency and life expectancy.
4. Scent elimination technology is employed to make the home as pleasant for the new home owner as we can make it.
