Because we go through such an extensive inspection process and repair program on each CERTIFIED HOME, we are able to provide a full 1 year Limited Warranty on each CERTIFIED Home we sell. This gives you, the homeowner, the peace of mind that not only has your home been extensively inspected and repaired, but also that we stand behind your home with a one year warranty.
